Should you stay home while we install your new windows?

You won't have to stay at home as long as you are comfortable with us doing the work while no one is there.

If you have any pets that need special care please make us aware of it. We do watch that your pets stay in the house, however it is usually best to keep pets who try to escape through open doors or windows confined to a room, garage or basement.

If we need to go out and acquire supplies some customers trust us with a house key. Others suggest we leave the back door open. Whatever your requirements we are happy to comply.

We only need access to the inside of the home while INSTALLING the windows from the inside. There is usually no need to be inside the house while wrapping the exterior.

If you do need to be at home for any reason and have small children, please keep them clear of open windows and dangerous tools. We appreciate helping us focus on doing a good job.
